RFQ Desk
For tooling, equipment, controller and documentation requests.
The fastest way to get a useful response is to send the machine context and the documentation goal together. If you only need a component, tell us the controller series, machine model and urgency. If the part supports production release, add the drawing revision, tolerance concern, inspection expectation and any internal approval deadline.

Urgent machine-down requests are triaged separately from production release packets.
Please avoid sending export-controlled or sensitive files through ordinary email until a secure intake route has been confirmed. A useful initial note can still include non-sensitive context: machine type, controller family, part function, drawing revision, required certification language and target decision date. That information lets Fanuc Cnc route the request to the correct service path without creating unnecessary compliance risk.
Use the RFQ form for controller support, tooling packages, spare-part continuity, retrofit planning, FAI records or PPAP-ready production release. The more precise the documentation goal, the more precise the response.
