These terms describe how Fanuc Cnc receives RFQ information, discusses tooling, equipment and machinery support, and provides preliminary engineering communication. Website content is informational. It does not create a binding manufacturing commitment, certification guarantee, delivery guarantee or acceptance of controlled technical data. A binding scope begins only when Fanuc Cnc and the buyer agree to a written quotation, purchase order, specification set and any required compliance process.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate drawings, machine context, controller references, material requirements, inspection requirements and revision status. Fanuc Cnc may identify missing information, assumptions or risks during review. Lead times, documentation effort and pricing can change when the supplied data changes or when additional evidence such as FAI, PPAP, material certificates or capability studies is requested.
Statements about service quality, inspection practice, machine support or documentation readiness are descriptions of process intent. They are not promises of zero defects, universal material capability, guaranteed uptime or guaranteed delivery. Any measurable requirement, such as Cpk target, DPPM target, inspection sample size or dock delivery metric, must be defined in the applicable quotation or quality agreement.
Do not submit export-controlled, defense-restricted, personally sensitive or confidential files through ordinary website forms. If a project requires controlled file handling, notify Fanuc Cnc first so an appropriate intake route can be discussed. Fanuc Cnc may decline or pause review when a file appears to require controls that have not been agreed in writing.
